Worst possible type of share bike?

Beaten only by hubless bikes (even fixies are probably safer), the Swingbike would have to come close to THE most dangerous style of bike to turn into a share bike.  These were banned in Australia from new due to the grevious bodily harm possible whilst attempting to undertake trick riding.
